In 2011 Elena Baramova performed with Abigaille in Verdi's "Nabucco" in Netherlands and Belgium - production of Anette Leistenschneider and conductor Alessandro Sangiorgi. She made her debut at Cairo Opera House with Amelia in "Un Ballo in Maschera". Mrs. Baramova sang Aida at Amphitheater Hanau, Germany and Norma at Sofia National Opera. She appeared as Aida at Taipei Arena in Taiwan - Co-production of Teatro dell'Opera di Roma & Taipei Symphony Orchestra.
She sang Lady Macbeth in "Macbeth", Abigaille in "Nabucco" and Elisabetta in "Don Carlo" at State Opera Stara Zagora; Turandot and Aida at State Opera Rousse; Abigaille in "Nabucco" at Roman Amphitheatre - Plovdiv and Varna Opera Theatre - performances dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Bulgarian diva Ghena Dimitrova.

In
2010 Elena Baramova performed with Aida in Netherlands and Belgium. "Truly superb is Elena Baramova in the title role. Mrs. Baramova made her debut as Elvira in "Ernani" at International Music Festival Varna Summer. She also made her debut as Norma at State Opera Rousse, followed by performances of "Norma" at Festival "Eagle On The Danube". Another important debut was as Cio-Cio San in "Madama Butterfly" at State Opera Plovdiv.

In 2009 Elena Baramova sang Turandot at Opera de Massy - Paris Sud, Tokyo Bunka Kaikan - Japan, Sofia National Opera and Prague State Opera. She appeared as Abigaille in "Nabucco" at Vorst Nationaal in Brussels and Grenslandhallen in Hasselt. On the concert platform, Mrs. Baramova was a guest soloist with Orchestra Ensemble Kanazawa, Japan.

In 2008 Elena Baramova performed at Sofia National Opera with "Turandot" and "Macbeth". She sang Lady Macbeth in "Macbeth" at State Opera Stara Zagora, Aida at Varna Opera Theatre and participated with concerts at Italian Festival in Bulgaria. She made her Italian debut with Turandot at Festival Lirica in Piazza – Massa Marittima, followed by performances of Turandot at Teatro delle Fonti, Ripatransone and Teatro D'Annunzio, Pescara.

In 2007 Elena Baramova performed at Teatr Wielki - Polish National Opera with "Nabucco" and "Aida". She made her debut at Avenches Opera Festival in Switzerland with a new production of "Aida". She also sang Abigaille in "Nabucco" at Estonian National Opera, Lady Macbeth in "Macbeth" at Teatro Principal de Alicante in Spain and Turandot at Prague State Opera. In State Opera Stara Zagora she made her debut as Santuzza in "Cavalleria Rusticana".

In 2006 Elena Baramova sang Lady Macbeth in "Macbeth" at Teatr Wielki Łodz and Aida at Polish National Opera. Then she made a successful Concert Tour in Japan. She also sang Abigaille in "Nabucco" at Prague State Opera and at International Music Festival Varna Summer. She performed Donna Elvira in "Don Giovanni" at Classic Openair - Solothurn, Switzerland. Then she sang Turandot at National Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Taipei and National Chiang Kai-Shek Cultural Center in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
Mrs. Baramova won second prize and the special prize of the orchestra of the opera at the International Opera Competition “Rijeka Belcanto 2006” at Croatian National Theatre Rijeka. “Il secondo premio e il premio speciale dell'orchestra dell'Opera e andato invece alla cantante bulgara Elena Baramova (soprano) che si e presentata con il pezzo “Ben io t'invenni... anch'io dischiuso” tratto dal “Nabucco” di Giuseppe Verdi, offrendo un'interpretazione intensa ed espressiva. Dotata di una splendida e potente voce di timbro drammatico, la Baramova ha dimostrato un grande potenziale vocale e un'intensa concentrazione.”
